Pryor Jr., Ed.D. is a former licensed therapist turned organizational effectiveness practitioner with 15+ years of experience as a multidimensional project manager, certified change management professional, and organizational development consultant. With foundations in behavioral and organizational psychology, adult learning theories, and people development, his proven scorecard in project management, stakeholder engagement, client management, client needs assessment, process mapping and strategic planning has helped to redefine and improve organizational culture across systems while implementing workforce strategies and initiatives that are progressive, measurable, and sustainable.
