Dr. Herman I. Pryor Jr. is an organizational effectiveness practitioner with over 10 years of experience in project/program management, client management, change management, and organizational development. A former licensed behavioral therapist, he combines his expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational psychology, and adult learning to drive transformative change.


Dr. Pryor specializes in providing federal contract management services partnering with leaders to assess organizational value and achieve sustainable outcomes. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and process mapping has been key in reshaping organizational cultures and implementing workforce strategies for long-term success.

As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, he provides strategic guidance on aligning operational goals with leadership and staff development best practices.
