Dr. Herman I. Pryor Jr., Ed.D. is the Founding Principal of HIP Enterprise, a consultancy grounded in the belief that empowered people empower organizations. A seasoned organizational effectiveness practitioner, Dr. Pryor has over a decade of experience driving transformative change in project and program management, client relations, organizational development, and change management. Dr. Pryor's professional background as a iicensed and certified behavioral therapist combines deep expertise in behavioral psychology, organizational psychology, and adult learning to create innovative solutions that empower organizations to thrive.

Dr. Pryor has a proven track record in federal contract management, partnering with leaders to assess organizational value while implementing sustainable strategies for greater impact. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and process mapping has been instrumental in reshaping organizational cultures and crafting workforce strategies that drive long-term success.

Dr. Pryor earned a B.A. degree in Experimental Pshcycology from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of the District of Columbia, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education AdministrationCommunity College Leadership from Morgan State University.
