Dr. Herman I. Pryor Jr., Ed.D. is a former licensed therapist turned organizational effectiveness practitioner with 15+ years of experience as a multidimensional project manager, certified change management professional, and organizational development consultant. With foundations in behavioral and organizational psychology, adult learning theories, and people development, his proven scorecard in project management, stakeholder engagement, client management, client needs assessment, process mapping and strategic planning has helped to redefine and improve organizational culture across systems while implementing workforce strategies and initiatives that are progressive, measurable, and sustainable.
Dr. Pryor advises C-Level executives on business needs and operational goals and outcomes offering strategic guidance on leadership and staff development best practices through pathways that aligns accountability with goal attainment. Assisting leaders in identifying areas for impact and improvement has helped to strengthen the organizational health of companies and government agencies seeking to align their workforce initiatives with strategic solutions.
